We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have a maximum of 15 days from the date you received the products with the same order to request a return.
Please note that unless the original products are defective, the return shipping cost must be covered by the customer.
NOTE: Our products are sewn in Turkey. Returns for international orders are first sent to our domestic warehouse, and then, after the products are thoroughly inspected in our warehouse, approved returns are sent to our international warehouse. According to our terms, customers who wish to return an item must pay both shipping costs and international customs duty, or these shipping and customs duty fees will be deducted from the refund amount. To find out the exact amount to be deducted, please contact our WhatsApp line with your order number.

-Step 2: Package the payment receipt along with the form mentioned above and the product, and ship it to the delivery address below. (It must be sender-paid. Recipient-paid shipments will not be accepted.)

Once you complete these steps, you will initiate your return process.
How will the process proceed after your return process has started?
-Phase 1: You need to ship the product, form, and receipt to us. 1-3 business days
-Phase 2: Once we receive the product, form, and receipt, we will send them to our main warehouse. 7-10 business days
-Phase 3: The product, form, and receipt will be reviewed in our main warehouse. 7-10 business days
-Phase 4: After the review is completed, we will refund your payment through the channel you used for payment. 5-7 business days.
Once these processes are completed, your refund will be finalized.
Which products can be returned?
- All product(s) must be unworn, in original packaging, and in original condition with all tags attached. Products that do not meet the conditions mentioned above will not be accepted.
- The return period for dresses is 2 days from the date you receive the product. Return processing will not be done for dress category products that exceed 2 days for return.
- Combinations cannot be returned or exchanged separately.
- There are no returns for custom-made dresses.
- Loose threads, raw edges, thickness, fabric feel, and color differences due to variations in monitor screens are not considered quality issues.
- Returns due to dissatisfaction with styles, colors, and changes in personal preferences are not considered quality issues.
- Damages resulting from use, washing, improper care, self-repair, modifications, or other human factors are not considered quality issues.
- Please refer to our size chart for your purchasing decisions, as our service team can only offer recommendations. Returns due to sizing issues do not constitute a quality issue.
- Due to design and style differences between products, there may be slight variations between different products of the same size. Please refer to actual measurements.
Your refund will be processed within 3-5 business days after your returned package reaches our warehouse. Refunds will be made using the original payment method.
1. If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the issuing bank within 5 business days after receipt of the returned item or cancellation request. For questions about when the credit will be posted to your account, please contact the issuing bank.
- Products not received during delivery are not eligible for a refund.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Please do not send your product(s) to the sender address specified on your package. This address is not a return address and will delay your return and refund processing.
- Please ensure that you do not accidentally include UNACCEPTABLE product(s) in your return package. We will not be responsible for returning these products to you.
- Products returned to us without a return request will not be accepted.
- yaseminkaptanoglu.com is not responsible for any failed delivery attempts caused by negligent customer behavior. Negligence includes, but is not limited to, rejection of shipment confirmation and incorrect recipient information (such as order address, contact number, or recipient's name). In this case, we cannot issue a refund for you. If you notice that your order information is incorrect, please contact us at info@yaseminkaptanoglu.com with your order number and correct information as soon as possible.
Please allow 3-4 business days for processing and production time for your order to be shipped.
Please note that our processing time may take 5-6 business days during promotion/sale periods.

Situations beyond our control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc.) may cause shipping delays. While most packages will arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that our carriers may experience. Therefore, we do not guarantee an exact delivery time; delivery issues are the responsibility of the shipping company.
Ownership of packages delivered to your local carrier passes to the buyer. We ensure that all our packages are in proper condition before shipping. We are not responsible for delayed, lost, held, or damaged packages, incorrect delivery errors made through the shipping company, failed delivery attempts, or incorrect shipping information. Shipping is a service you receive from your local carrier with your order from us, so any shipping issues should be handled by the relevant carrier, and the buyer should contact their local courier to resolve any issues.
We know how important your order is! Yasemin Kaptanoglu offers our customers the option to track their package. If your tracking information states that your items have been delivered but you have not received them, please check your surroundings in case they have accidentally gone to another house. Speak with your family, roommates, etc., in case they have received it on your behalf. The package may also have been left with property managers or an apartment office.
Please note that we consider all orders marked as delivered by the courier company to be successfully delivered. If the tracked city/location matches the provided shipping address, the order is considered successfully delivered.
Our tracked insured shipping policy with the shipping company only insures orders up to the point where they are marked as "delivered" after shipment.
We will always do our best to assist you, but Yasemin Kaptanoglu is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery. If you still cannot locate your package, you should contact the shipping company to discuss the issue and file a claim.

Shipping Delay: High-risk orders will not be shipped until the verification process is complete. This is to ensure the security of the transaction and to protect both our customers and our business from potential fraud. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation during this process.

COVID-19 Policy
Please note that due to the coronavirus, we are experiencing transit time delays in addition to our normal shipping times. Delay times depend on location, and these delays are due to various reasons such as your local postal system operating at limited capacity or an accumulation of incoming orders.

Due to our fast processing times, please note that all disputes involving order cancellations will be denied. Once the product is received, the customer can contact us via info@yaseminkaptanoglu.com to arrange a return and refund.
